Cosmos Club Hanoi serves guests aged 18 and over. By booking or visiting the club, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to show ID when asked.

The online form is a reservation request — it is confirmed once Cosmos Club contacts you on +84 905 806 704 or Zalo within 15 minutes.

Tables are held for up to 30 minutes after the booking time. After that, without notice, the club may give the table to other guests.

Guests may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 2 hours before the booking time via the hotline or Zalo.

For the large group sofa area or parties with a deposit, the refund policy will be explained at the time of the deposit.

Smart, tidy dress. The club may refuse service to guests who cause disturbance.

Prohibited items: illegal drugs, weapons or any item that breaks the law.

Guests must follow staff instructions on security, fire safety and house rules.

Cosmos Club Hanoi is not responsible for personal belongings lost in areas without a cloakroom service.

Guests are responsible for their own health while using the service. Guests with health conditions should inform staff in advance.

All content on the website (logo, photos, text, video) belongs to Cosmos Club Hanoi. Copying or commercial use without written permission is a copyright infringement.

Cosmos Club Hanoi may update these terms at any time. The new version takes effect as soon as it is posted on the Terms page with its update date.
